Since 2013, Pinche Gringo BBQ has created an authentic American cultural experience in Mexico City through great BBQ, hospitality, and community. Across our brands — Pinche Gringo BBQ, Pinche Gringo Sandwich Shop, Pinche Bar, Pinche Café, Pinche Mezcal, and our signature events — we’ve grown into a multi-vertical, established hospitality group with a startup spirit. We are founder-run, hands-on, and mission-driven. We’re hiring a Commercial Director to build teams, set strategy, and execute with discipline across all commercial lines.

Role Overview

The Commercial Director is the senior-most commercial leader reporting directly to the CEO with full ownership of all revenue streams: restaurants, catering, private/corporate events, community experiences, retail, sponsorships/partnerships, and new ventures.
