:We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Director to join the PMO leadership team supporting one of the most ambitious urban transformation programmes in the world. This is a rare opportunity to lead the commercial function across a major portfolio of infrastructure, public realm, landscape, utilities, and iconic architectural assets within a fast-paced, high-profile delivery environment.
The successful candidate will bring strategic commercial leadership, executive stakeholder management capability, and deep experience managing complex multi-package programmes at scale.
What You’ll Be Expected to Do
Lead the programme commercial function, ensuring strong governance, cost control, and commercial assurance across multiple delivery packages.
Act as the senior commercial interface with the Client, PMO leadership, and executive stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and strategic advice.
