Commercial Director

The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and executing Bristol City Women’s revenue-generation strategy across all business and commercial functions. This is a senior leadership role, directly reporting to the CEO, with a mandate to maximize commercial growth, strengthen brand equity, and unlock new revenue streams. The Commercial Director will oversee sponsorships, partnerships, ticketing, and local retail, ensuring alignment with Mercury13 and the Club’s long‑term vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth plan across all commercial verticals specifically; sponsorship, partnerships, ticketing and hospitality, local retail and national media rights
• Lead all business development activities with a sharp focus on driving local (UK) sponsorship revenue
• Drive innovation in fan engagement and digital monetization in line with Mercury13 Group strategy and infrastructure
