Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Inverness/Elgin

This highly regarded Dispute Resolution Team is currently recruiting a Solicitor in Inverness or Elgin. This large team advises both public and private sector clients on a wide range of high-profile cases across Scotland.

You will have a varied caseload and advise on contentious matters, including debt recovery, property litigation, construction and engineering projects, and IP disputes.

The team is keen to hear from candidates at the Newly Qualified level and above, who have the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment and handle a challenging workload, often with tight-timescales.
