Commercial / Distribution Co-Founder

I'm looking for a non-technical co-founder to fully own commercialization and distribution strategy.

You would own:

• Go-to-market thesis

• ICP formalization

• Acquisition channel strategy

• Early cohort sourcing

• Retention-to-revenue pathway

• Platform sequencing logic

• External signal interpretation

• Distribution experimentation

The goal is not growth at all costs.

The goal is validating whether consequence-heavy systems can sustain engagement in a concentrated live-service market.

Technical architecture is owned by the technical lead.
