Commercial Division Insurance Advisor

Step into the role of Insurance Advisor within our Commercial Division. Leverage your expertise in customer service while working full-time at the Burnaby Still Creek office.
Your focus will be on servicing commercial accounts with a superior sense of detail. With 2-3 years of relevant experience, you will work closely with a dedicated team of Producers and Marketers to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as liaison for clients, Account Managers, and Marketers
• Update and maintain client information accurately
• Deliver proposals, rate sheets, and certificates per standards
• Process documentation following established workflows
• Ensure accuracy in both electronic and physical files
Requirements:
• Must possess a Level 2 General Insurance License
• 2–3 years of experience in the insurance industry
