Join us on the forefront of our Digital New Value initiatives in agriculture, where technology meets purpose to revolutionize the AgTech landscape. As a Commercial Enablement Manager, you will be at the heart of commercializing something from the ground up - taking bold ideas from 0 to 1.  

In this role, you’ll be leading the market expansion of new initiatives in the AgTech space in multiple districts in Maharashtra, operating across B2B2C and B2C models. In this role, you will drive customer acquisition by building strong relationships with Channel Partners and farmers, manage channel partnerships, and deliver impactful product and service experiences that increase farmer engagement and satisfaction. You will also be enabling commercial team on ground to grow their territory’s business in digital products.
