Commercial Energy Telemarketer

We are a growing U.S. commercial energy brokerage looking for motivated and confident Commercial Energy Telemarketers to join our team onsite in Barranquilla.
In this role, you will connect with U.S. business owners, introduce energy supply solutions, and help generate qualified commercial enrollments.
What You'll Do
Call U.S. business owners and qualify commercial prospects
Present electricity and gas supply programs
Generate verified enrollments
Use scripts, CRM tools, and team support to succeed
What We're Looking For
Experience in outbound calling, sales, or call centers (B2B is a plus)
Strong communication skills
Persuasive, professional, and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable handling objections and speaking with decision-makers
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
