Commercial Estimator

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator specializing in Construction, Countertops, and Cabinetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, material take-offs, and pricing proposals using industry-standard software and tools. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with project managers, designers, and production.
Qualifications
2–3 years of construction estimating experience (required)
2+ years of residential construction experience (required)
Experience in flooring, tile, stone, or countertop installation (preferred)
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in math, architecture, construction management, or a related field (preferred)
Construction certifications (e.g., CMIT or CCM) are a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, efficiently, and proactively
