Job Title: Commercial Excellence Business Partner
Introduction to role 
Act as a strategic partner to the Business Units, driving commercial performance, operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. Take ownership of critical areas including Sales Force Incentives, Demand Forecasting and IQVIA analytics, turning complex data into clear actions that shape business outcomes. Ready to influence strategy, challenge thinking and help unlock the full potential of our portfolio?
Accountabilities: 
Partner closely with BU Directors to advise on strategy, translate ambition into execution plans and define measurable KPIs that track impact.
Support product launches and lifecycle management by aligning commercial insights, forecasting and performance tracking.
Monitor sales performance, targets versus achievements and market share, using IQVIA, Veeva CRM and dashboards to generate robust insights.
