As the **Commercial Excellence Head,** you will lead the end-to-end strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of commercial excellence projects, driving transformation and commercial intelligence across the organization.You will also manage the full implementation of Salesforce, ensuring the platform's use to empower the sales team.You will report to the Architectural Coatings Commercial Director.
**Key Responsibilities**- Design and implement commercial excellence strategies that increase sustainable growth and transformation, aligned with Grupo Comex's vision.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs and skills building projects to enhance the capabilities of the commercial team.
