Commercial Excellence Lead, Packaging Technologies

We're looking for a hands-on Commercial Excellence Lead to strengthen the execution of key Commercial Excellence processes across our Packaging Technologies business. This role will support the execution of defined workstreams including performance reporting, sales process discipline, forecasting cadence, and pricing analysis. This role brings structure, consistency and commercial depth while engaging the overall Commercial Excellence agenda to effectively scale. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Program Manager, this position is based in our Charlotte, NC, office.

Commercial Performance & Reporting

• Support data preparation, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Maintain and improve commercial KPIs (sales, margin, pipeline)
• Provide structured insights to support decision-making
