The Opportunity

The role of Commercial Excellence Manager - EAC, within Abbott EPD, focuses on strengthening sales force effectiveness and driving commercial execution across affiliates or clusters. This role partners closely with local leadership to improve productivity, profitability and performance through best‑in‑class commercial excellence practices.

What You’ll Work On

Lead and manage Commercial Excellence sub‑functions across assigned affiliates or clusters.

Define and implement Commercial Excellence strategy, including go‑to‑market models, sales force design, segmentation & targeting, and territory deployment.

Drive Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives, including CRM, CLM, multi‑channel engagement, KPIs and performance dashboards.

Lead sales force execution and performance management processes, challenging and supporting affiliates to improve efficiency and results.
