Conduct comprehensive cost estimation for EPC projects, covering labor, materials, equipment, and overhead expenses. Prepare and deliver detailed cost estimates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives. Analyze and compile costing data to generate accurate and insightful reports.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams to validate quantity takeoffs and ensure accurate cost analysis.
• Source pricing through quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, expediting the cost estimation and proposal process.
• Perform cost trend analyses and maintain a costing database to identify potential cost risks during project design and development phases.
