Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive cost estimation for EPC projects, covering labor, materials, equipment, and overhead expenses.
• Prepare and deliver detailed cost estimates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.
• Analyze and compile costing data to generate accurate and insightful reports.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams to validate quantity takeoffs and ensure accurate cost analysis.
• Source pricing through quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, expediting the cost estimation and proposal process.
• Perform cost trend analyses and maintain a costing database to identify potential cost risks during project design and development phases.
