Commercial Finance Associate Business Partner

Kellanova is seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner (AnP) to bring confident, collaborative financial leadership to advertising & promotion (A&P) and international trade budgets from its hybrid hub in Dublin, Ireland on a 12-month fixed-term contract. 

As part of a bold, people-first culture, this role partners closely with Category CFOs to turn insights into action, balancing ambition with care to fuel sustainable growth across iconic brands.

Reporting at pace and with precision, this Business Partner champions FP&A excellence, sharp budget stewardship, and seamless business partnering. They will blend analytical rigor with inclusive, human-cantered influence—connecting P&L and balance sheet control to commercial outcomes while supporting Category CFOs with clear recommendations.
