Commercial Finance

Costing & Data Accuracy -Update standard costs, BOMs, and routings. -Validate material, labor, and overhead costs. -Support costroll and annual cost updates. Production & Operations Analysis -Track production KPIs (yield, scrap, downtime). -Analyze variances and highlight root causes. -Manage direct & fixed overhead reporting. Stock Control -Conduct monthly production loss analysis. -Ensure accurate posting of production orders on SAP. -Verify material supply against valid POs (Gate Control). -Handle vendor creation and approval cycle on SAP. -Post and control factory provisions with proper monthend closing. -Monitor subcontracting (3P) and wastage posting on SAP. -Manage scrap dealers: contracts, limits, SAP balances, and account clearing.
