Commercial Finance Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to support financial planning, performance analysis, and business decision‑making for the Mexico and broader Americas Aftermarket organization. This role is a key business partner to the commercial and sales teams, focused on driving profitable growth through actionable financial insights.

Location:

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for commercial activities.
• Deliver profitability analysis by product line, customer, and distribution channel to guide strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and customer profitability.
• Monitor revenue, margin, and operating performance metrics; identify trends and key drivers.
• Conduct variance analysis and present clear recommendations to improve performance.
