Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential BPR partners to expand the network.
- Foster strong, ongoing relationships with existing BPR partners.
- Facilitate partner onboarding on Komunal platform, provide training and support on Komunal products utilization, such as loan channeling, deposit channeling, linkage, and CBS Kairos
- Oversee transactions on Komunal platform, track and report partner performance, and implement improvements to enhance transaction volume.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
- Proven experience in partnership management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of BPR operations and the financial services market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills....
