Purpose
The Commercial Fleet Manager is responsible for developing, managing and growing long‑term relationships with commercial fleet customers, including truck, bus, logistics, mining and public transport operators.
The role focuses on driving revenue, contract retention and operational excellence by delivering competitive tyre pricing, professional fitment services, nationwide wholesale supply and reduced vehicle downtime through efficient coordination with operations.
Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard and manage commercial fleet accounts across trucking, logistics, mining, municipal and public transport sectors Build and sustain strong relationships with fleet owners, procurement managers, operations managers and technical decision‑makers Negotiate fleet pricing structures, service level agreements (SLAs), contracts and rebate agreements aligned with margin and volume targets Serve as the primary point of contact for fle...
