B.H. Inc., is looking to hire a full-time estimator for our GC division to complete a full range of business activities in a professional setting while adhering to the highest ethical standards. BHI is looking for someone who is a well-rounded individual with experience and knowledge in vertical, commercial construction. Estimators have the opportunity to learn from highly skilled business leaders. Our estimator will assist in managing projects from initial customer/business development contact, through conceptual budgets, design progress budget iterations, price control and final estimate pricing to the final job setup and turnover to the operations team. The estimator will assist with project buy out and set the groundwork for the operations team to execute according to the estimate. This is not a remote position, however the location is flexible.
