POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Manager, Technical Services & Training, the CAC Field Service Representative and Trainer is a specialist who supports heat-pump and ventilation systems. The role is responsible for performing a variety of functions to ensure timely and effective technical services, support, and training for assigned product lines and provide customer support for growing business needs.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain high level of communication with customers via email and phone
