Commercial Industrial roofing sales closer

Staffinity is seeking a Commercial Industrial flat roof salesperson for a large Canadian company. If you've been estimating jobs but have no incentive to leverage your contacts this is the position for you. Uncapped commission and the opportunity to combine solid estimating and outbound hunting/closing skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with base salary, commission, benefits and vacation. The shift is daytime hours, Monday to Friday and the salary range is 65-80k. Earn 250k+ in commissions, benefits and vacation. A vehicle will be provided. 
Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients in the commercial/industrial sector.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our products and services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
