Commercial Insights Associate

As a Commercial Insights Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting IQ-EQ’s commercial strategy by delivering actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency. Working within the Sales Operations & Enablement team, you will collaborate across multiple business sectors to identify opportunities, optimise sales performance, and strengthen client relationships through data-driven decision-making.

Your Purpose

• Perform research on key markets to build insight into those sectors and to identify potential commercial opportunities.
• Identify new sales opportunities either from existing clients or prospects.
• Analyse client portfolios and transaction patterns to uncover cross-sell and upsell potential.
