Job Description
As a Commercial Insights Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting IQ-EQ’s commercial strategy by delivering actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency. Working within the Sales Operations & Enablement team, you will collaborate across multiple business sectors to identify opportunities, optimise sales performance, and strengthen client relationships through data-driven decision-making.
Your Purpose
Perform research on key markets to build insight into those sectors and to identify potential commercial opportunities.
Identify new sales opportunities either from existing clients or prospects.
Analyse client portfolios and transaction patterns to uncover cross-sell and upsell potential.
Support the development of targeted campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with Sales Operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
