Commercial IT Legal Counsel – Europe-Focused Role

This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work at the forefront of complex commercial IT transactions governed by diverse European laws. The role involves drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal agreements, including IT outsourcing contracts, IT service agreements, subcontracting deals, alliance partnerships, and licensing arrangements essential to an IT service provider’s business. You will also review and respond to proposals and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), supporting the preparation of competitive and compliant bids. Active participation in negotiations with customers and vendors across continental Europe is a key aspect, ensuring that all agreements meet internal contractual policies, risk mitigation standards, and approval protocols.
