What your days will look like:

Providing business-focused legal advice to senior stakeholders across all Lines of Service, Industries and Sectors

Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts including professional and IT services, and licensing and outsourcing

Shaping our contractual relationships with our strategic alliance partners

Negotiating and advising on complex global frameworks and coordinating inter‑firm arrangements across member firms

This role is for you if:

You have detailed knowledge of English law with at least five years’ post‑qualification experience (or equivalent) in a commercial legal environment
