Commercial Lawyer

LAW Absolute are working with a retail client who is seeking a Commercial Lawyer on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will manage a broad commercial caseload, including:

• Drafting and negotiating supply and franchise agreements
• Advising on IP protection, including design licences
• Handling data protection matters
• Managing complex IT contracts

The role offers a salary of £55,000–£65,000 per annum and is suitable for candidates with 1–3 PQE.

You will be required to work 2–3 days per week in the office, with at least one day at the client’s office in the South West of England, and the remaining days from their London office.
