Position Overview
ZURU's beauty vertical has built a portfolio from incubation to nearly half a billion dollars in retail sales across the world’s biggest retailers. The ambition now is to turn them into legacy brands that dominate their respective categories, while continuing to expand into new categories and markets as we build towards $1 billion.
This role is central to making that happen. You will own the execution of the commercial plan across supply, product and financials for our Beauty business, driving performance across global markets and distribution partners.
Operating in a business with faster decision‑making, fewer layers and real ownership, you will be empowered to move quickly, act on opportunities and drive impact without the constraints of traditional FMCG structures.
