**A Day in the Life**



Main purpose of **Commercial Leader Surgical Innovation** is to lead Medtronic’s Surgical Innovation (SI) businesses across Türkiye, with full accountability for revenue growth, market share expansion, and therapy leadership. The SI Leader owns SI therapy strategy, sales execution, and operational excellence, working in close alignment with the Country Leader and Türkiye priorities, in support of Medtronic’s mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.
