Commercial Lines Account Manager

We’re seeking a passionate Commercial Account Manager to join a team of experienced producers and account managers at a well-established, family-owned brokerage with over 40 years of history. As one of BC’s most recognized names in the industry, the brokerage has strong community roots and a commitment to client service.

This is a full-time, in-office role, with the potential for one remote workday per week in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage a commercial line book of business and maintain the retention
• Communicate with clients directly for any changes that need to be documented
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies for new business and renewal terms.
• Up-sell and cross-sell with existing clients
• Manage endorsements, cancellations, invoicing and certificates

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an account manager for Commercial Line
