Commercial Litigation & Insurance Defense Partner

Position Overview We are seeking a Commercial Litigation and Insurance Defense Partner to join a nationally focused litigation practice. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who can independently manage complex matters across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining strong relationships with insurers and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Lead a national docket of commercial litigation and insurance defense matters from intake through resolution Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, ADR, trial, and appeals Manage carrier and client reporting, including budgets, e-billing compliance, and guideline adherence Develop and execute case strategies focused on efficiency and favorable outcomes Evaluate matters for early resolution, dispositive opportunities, and settlement value Maintain and strengthen relationships with insurance carriers and institutional clients Qualifications Experience: Minimum 57 years of litigation exp...
