An exciting opportunity has arisen for a to join a highly-regarded and longstanding Brisbane law firm for a 2 to 5 Year Lawyer to work with a Partner assisting clients in managing their commercial disputes.

The Role

You’ll work across a diverse and high-quality disputes practice, advising a broad client base SMEs and high-net-worth individuals.

Matters span commercial disputes, corporate insolvency and shareholder issues, property and planning disputes, as well as commercial contract conflicts. You’ll gain regular exposure to District Court and Magistrates Court proceedings, as well as some Supreme Court matters.
