Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Associate



**In this role, you will:**



+ Provide support for servicing activities for commercial products, commercial real estate, and problem loans

+ Coordinate resolution of open issues with customers; and interact with internal and external customers

+ Provide customer service, loan and regulatory diligence, and ongoing portfolio maintenance, related to low to medium tasks and deliverables

+ Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record

+ Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues

+ Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters which developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
