Commercial Loan Servicing Associate

**Wells Fargo is seeking a role in Commercial Loan Servicing Associate**

**In this role, you will:**

+ Provide support for servicing activities for commercial products, commercial real estate, and problem loans
+ Coordinate resolution of open issues with customers; and interact with internal and external customers.
+ Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record
+ Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of issues
+ Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
+ Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers if applicable
+ Provide training and guidance to less experienced Commercial Loan Servicing representatives in interpreting and understanding complex policies as well as managing cross group projects
