Job Description

Responsible for leading the commercial and contractual management of the project, ensuring effective administration of contracts, change management, claims, risk mitigation, and commercial compliance. Provides strategic commercial advice to project leadership, protects the client's contractual interests, and oversees the management of variations, contractor claims, commercial reporting, and contract close-out activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure that the requirements of the contract documents are implemented and maintained throughout the Contract period.
Assist in the review of contractual notices of claims and providing contractual advice to the Engineering in their administration of the Construction Contract.
Interact with the Client representatives the Project Management Consultant and relevant Contractors in respect of all contractual matters.
