Commercial Manager Automotive

This role is to be based ideally in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia or Hungary and requires fluent knowledge of English and German language.

Position Purpose

The Commercial Manager is responsible for identifying & qualifying new business leads and then managing them through to implementation as per the company sales targets.

Major/Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute growth plans for specific customers, market segments and industries
• Identify new business leads through prospection activities
• Nurture & qualify assigned leads
• Lead all assigned opportunities through to completion (won/lost)
• Support the implementation of new business
• Provide post launch support for the regional managers/key account owners as required
• Maintain CRM database in line with company standards and arrange report outs on a regular basis
