They offer ocean freight, air freight, transportation, warehousing, and third-party logistics (3PL). This company is highly expanding in Thailand and supports employees to grow in their careers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and profit targets. Identifying new business opportunities, evaluating market trends, and analyzing competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Team Leadership: Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets. Providing guidance and support to the sales team, setting sales goals, and monitoring their performance. Conducting regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
