Job Description: Seeds Agrochemical Marketing Manager

Title: Marketing Manager - Seeds and Agrochemicals Location: Delhi/ Hyderabad Job Class: 3 A/ 3B (As per the experience) Reports To: SBU Head

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Formulate and implement multi-channel marketing plans (ATL/BTL, digital, field demos, events) in line with overall business objectives for seed and crop protection portfolios.
• Product Launches & Management: Plan, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of new product launches. Suggest new product categories and SKUs to R&D and management teams.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze market dynamics, and perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategies.
• Channel Management: Manage and expand distribution networks, including retailers, distributors, and institutional clients. Drive excellence in channel management.
