Commercial Manager

Lead all post-contract commercial and quantity surveying activities on-site. Manage interim valuations, payment certifications and final accounts. Oversee variations, claims and change management processes. Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow forecasts. Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions and company procedures. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors on commercial matters. Provide regular cost reports and financial updates to senior management. Identify and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor on building projects.
• Strong knowledge of post-contract administration and general QS practices.
