Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial & Business Development

• Support the Commercial Director with strategic business development initiatives.
• Assist in divisional strategic projects.
• Identify and evaluate business opportunities within the freight and logistics sector.
• Prepare and submit high-quality commercial proposals.
• Research and screen tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Support proposal development in collaboration with Head Office and business units.

2. ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance)

• Compile, update, and manage ESG reporting templates.
• Distribute templates and track submissions from business units.
• Review, verify, and consolidate ESG reports.
• Maintain ESG clarification and adjustment schedules.
• Prepare ESG Committee meeting packs and take minutes.
