Fluent in English – At least Upper Intermediate (B2) (mandatory for the position)

• 10 years leadership professional sales teams like Manager or Director (Architects – Engineers) in Chile or Latin America
• Sales experience in vertical Markets like Construction and Industrial (Mining is mandatory)
• Experience negotiating large infrastructure projects and Contracts
• Critical Infrastructure market knowledge is a plus.
• People Leadership: Managing, developing, and mentoring a team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with business goals.
