Commercial Manager

Position Overview Upstart AEC is hiring a Commercial Manager to lead revenue-focused operations across sales, client communication, and internal delivery coordination. This is a full-time, fully remote role with Upstart AEC. The ideal candidate is a senior, sales-minded commercial leader who can operate in a CRO-adjacent capacity, owning revenue execution while ensuring strong alignment across Talent Acquisition, Account Management, and Delivery. This person will be responsible for moving qualified opportunities through the sales cycle, keeping deals on track, improving conversion from meetings to revenue, and ensuring internal teams stay aligned around client expectations and business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings senior-level sales experience, preferably 10+ years, with experience working with the U.S. market or U.S.-based clients.
