Commercial Manager

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing all **commercial, contractual, and financial aspects** of major **infrastructure projects** in Riyadh, including **roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, and associated utilities** , within a **consultant/PMC environment** . The role requires strong experience in the **Middle East market** , working closely with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.

+ Lead **commercial and contract management activities** across multiple infrastructure projects.
+ Administer contracts in accordance with **FIDIC Red & Yellow Book** conditions.
+ Manage **variations, claims, EOTs, loss & expense, and change control** processes.
+ Review and certify **interim payment applications** , final accounts, and commercial reports.
+ Provide commercial advice to **Project Directors, Engineers, and Clients** .
