Commercial Manager

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for implementing the commercial strategy in Chile.

Responsibilities

• Execute the commercial strategy in Chile.
• Drive growth in recurring monthly revenue and share of wallet.
• Lead, develop, and coach the commercial team to achieve high performance.
• Manage the national sales pipeline, ensuring CRM discipline and accurate forecasting.
• Oversee key accounts in corporate segment, strengthening customer relationships.
• Manage the commercial budget, margins, and overall profitability.
• Implement standardized commercial processes and governance.
