**Education & Experience**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Dental/Medical Technology, or related field.
+ 10+ years of sales or channel management experience; medical/dental device experience preferred.
+ Experience working with multi‑tier distribution networks is highly desirable.

**Skills & Competencies**

+ Strong channel management and business development skills.
+ Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
+ Solid understanding of dental imaging/digital dentistry solutions (preferred).
