ROLE PURPOSE
Tri-Star Construction is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager to lead and manage the full commercial execution of the company's sourced workload. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the QS function, ensuring commercial compliance, cash collection, cost control, risk management, and providing expert legal and contractual guidance across all contracts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Commercial Manager will be accountable for:
1) Project Initiation
- Ensure expert understanding of Contract Agreements and conditions
- Apply strong building construction methodology knowledge
- Ensure commercial management procedures and controls are in place
