Commercial Manager: Wine Resources

Position Overview

The Perdeberg Group, situated in the Paarl Wine region, seeks a commercially minded wine professional for the newly created role of Commercial Manager: Wine Resources. This position will take full ownership of Perdeberg’s total wine resource, ensuring optimal application of both wine‑from‑grapes and procured wine across existing and new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Wine Resource Management & Procurement – Determine and allocate grape‑sourced wine, identify shortfalls and source from external producers, manage the contracted wine schedule, conduct sensory assessments, and maintain forward procurement forecasts aligned with shipping schedules and vintage availability.
