Job Description

                    What Your Impact Will Be  Performance Reporting & Analytics  Support consolidation of regional performance data (revenue, margin, A&P, forecasts) into standardized reports. 
Analyze trends to identify risks and opportunities and highlight key insights for leadership. 
Assist in preparing materials for business reviews (monthly, quarterly) and planning cycles. 
Ensure accuracy and consistency of KPIs and reporting definitions across regions. 
 Commercial Planning Support  Coordinate inputs from regions to support annual operating plan (AOP) and long‑range planning processes. 
Maintain planning templates, trackers, and documentation to ensure alignment and transparency. 
Track A&P spend against guidelines and flag variances. 
 Operating Rhythm & Process Coordination  Support execution of the commercial marketing calendar (e.g., monthly reviews, QBRs).
