Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Partner with mortgage professionals to evaluate and structure commercial mortgage opportunities

Analyze financial statements, rent rolls, market data, and third‑party reports to assess deal quality

Build detailed cash flow models, proformas, and underwriting packages

Gather, interpret, and distribute relevant market intelligence, including brokerage, CMHC, and cost consultant reports
